Every woman has watched the series “Sex and the City” at least once, featuring the main character Carrie Bradshaw, who was in love with shoes and spent crazy money on them. Sarah Jessica Parker, the actress who played Carrie, shared her love of shoes. In 2014, she founded her own brand and opened her eponymous online store, SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker.
The website is small, with a fairly simple interface. As the actress herself says: “The website features all my favorite things — from shoes to fragrances and accessories.” And indeed, the assortment is concise: shoes, accessories, perfumes, and wine. Interesting dress styles appear, for now there are only a few on the website, but the collection is growing.
Wine is not sold on the website; it can be bought here — invivoxsjp. SJP took part in every stage of creating the perfect drink and in 2019 released the first batch of Invivo X, a Sauvignon Blanc blend.
Footwear
All footwear is Italian, handmade. It is produced in Italy by Tuscan shoemakers in the third and fourth generations. The prices are decent, but some styles get discounts of up to 80%! The footwear is divided into categories:
- Flats — flat-soled shoes. Prices: from $240 to $455. These open ballet flats have a 75% discount, their price is $90.
- Pumps — pumps. Prices start from $350 to $585.
- Sandals — sandals and dress sandals. Prices range from $365 to $425.
- Boots — ankle boots. Prices: from $485 to $600 for mid-calf boots, from $575 to $795 for tall boots.
- Wedges — platform slippers. They cost about $365.
- Bridal — bridal shoes. Prices start from $365 to $585.
All shoes can be sorted by price, size, color, sole, and heel height. Some styles are available in 20 different colors.
Separately, it is worth noting the “Carrie” pumps, named after Carrie Bradshaw. “These shoes were with me back in the first years of filming, and they will always exist in our collection.”
